Is there anything you want to share about your personal life: I am an avid backpacker and landscape photographer.
Family: My wife, Terry, and I have been married for 30 years and have two adult boys who we are so proud of.
Accomplishments: Growing American Craftsman from a 3 man operation in my garage (1988) to the current company that occupies 3 separate commercial spaces and is widely recognized in the industry.
Goals: To mentor the new generation of leadership at American Craftsman Restoration.

Is There Anything You Want To Share About Your Personal Life: When I am not working, I enjoy fishing and spending time with my 3 children. I also enjoy cheering on my favorite sports teams, Michigan Wolverines and the Los Angeles Clippers
Family: I have been married for 12 years and have 3 children, ages 9, 6, and 2.
Accomplishments: I was elected into the Certified Restorer program in 2019. I started off as a junior repair estimator, became a repair project manager, then took over the contents department. I used my different experiences in the company to transition to the General Manager in 2019.
Goals: To continue to grow in my restoration knowledge and to help grow American Craftsman Restoration into being a recognized industry leader in commercial and residential restoration.

What Is Your Favorite Part About Working For American Craftsman: The culture here is infectious. You are part of a family environment that has a true passion for our quality of work. The tenure and experience of the team here is unrivaled in the industry.
Is There Anything You Want To Share About Your Personal Life: I grew up in upstate NY and spent the majority of my life enjoying outdoor activities. I am also a huge sports fan that enjoys watching the Miami Dolphins and Boston Redsox.
Family: I have been married for four years to my lovely wife Lorena and have a 2 year old son named Constantine.
Accomplishments: I have spent the last 13 years building/leading sales and operations teams for The Home Depot and most recently the Cintas Corporation.
Goals: To assist with making American Craftsman Restoration the most well recognized and trusted company in our service territory.

What is your favorite part about working for American Craftsman: The culture and environment.
Is there anything you want to share about your personal life: I love wrenching on sports cars.
Family: I have been married for five years and enjoy spending time with my dog Sadie.
Accomplishments: Brian joined the American Craftsman team 2008. He has been essential in the development of the emergency service department. Brian is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the emergency dry-out procedures, mold remediation, bio remediation, and restoration. He conducts many of ACR’s in house training courses for employees. Brian specializes in managing all disaster projects from inception to completion. His certification includes the IICRC water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, applied structural drying, odor control technician, commercial drying specialist and fire and smoke restoration, as well with being a certified healthcare supervisor for ICRA.
Goals: I will continue to strive to American Craftsman Restoration a recognized industry leader in all aspects of the restoration industry.
How Long Have You Been With The Company: 6 years
What Is Your Favorite Part About Working For American Craftsman: The owner of ACR is a good guy which is very important to me. He is by far the best leader I have ever worked under. He leads with intention and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. At ACR, we are all very dedicated to getting our work done but are able to do so confidently and happily which says a lot about the support system we get from the owner of the company, Mike Cosley.
Is There Anything You Want To Share About Your Personal Life: I am a 2nd year college student earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. My plan is to grow continuously into my position at ACR. This will mean education as well as networking in the Santa Clarita community. Thankfully, ACR Owner Mike Cosley is a huge supporter of my educational goals!
Family: I have an amazing family that consists of 4 grown sons, 3 grandsons and a budding new relationship with a very-supportive Retired Marine. I have a lot to be grateful for!
Accomplishments: I have worked in the restoration industry for 6 years as a coordinator and I am now transitioning into the HR/Office Manager role.
Goals: To make American Craftsman Restoration the best company in our industry!

What Is Your Favorite Part About Working For American Craftsman: My favorite part about working at American Craftsman Restoration is the camaraderie of our employees and how much we genuinely enjoy each other! An added benefit is helping those who are going through, what some may perceive, as one of the most difficult hardships property/homeownership can throw at you, and assisting with getting life back to normal.

What is your favorite part about working for American Craftsman: The people I work with. This is a family environment and I love showing up to work every day.
Accomplishments: I was recently promoted to oversee all contents and cleaning projects.
Goals: To make our company known as the greatest company in the industry!

What is your favorite part about working for American Craftsman: I enjoy working with this company a lot. I have worked in this industry for many years and I have never been in an atmosphere like this. The balance of structure and fun is a goal most companies can only wish for.
Is there anything you want to share about your personal life? I am a southern California native and grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley, I have a degree in Environmental sciences with a concentration in Toxicology.
Accomplishments? I have been working in the restoration industry for 9 years. I started working in the industry in Las Vegas. I have experiences in all aspects of the restoration industry. I was a project manager for 5 years doing emergency services, dry-out, mold remediation, and contents. I spent another 4 years on the restoration side of the business.
How long have you been with the company: 8 years.
What is your favorite part about working for American Craftsman: I enjoy the challenges that each job offers and I really like that this company actively pursues training/bettering their employees.
Is there anything you want to share about your personal life: I’m originally from Colorado, I have a degree in music, I enjoy cooking, I’m particularly fond of antique furniture and surrealist art.
Family: I’ve been married to my wife for 9 years. We also have two cats.
Accomplishments: I’m most proud of the department that I had a hand in building here at ACR. We’ve come a long way and it took a lot of time and patience, but we’ve got the most professional, outstanding crew that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
Goals: To further broaden my skills and expertise. To continue to challenge myself professionally and work on bigger projects.
